does inside you.
The same food affects each body differently. Tell us about yours, then pick any food and watch it travel from your first bite to your fat cells, step by step.

My body check
Your reports,
inside your body.
Upload an InBody scan or a blood test, or just measure your waist. We read the numbers, show what they are doing inside your body, and keep each check-up so you can see whether you are getting better or worse.
1 · Add your numbers
🔒 Reports are read inside your browser. Nothing is uploaded, and results are saved only on this device, if you choose. Privacy
No report? A soft tape measure tells a lot. Your waist compared with your height is one of the best outside signs of fat packed around your organs.
- Waist: stand relaxed, breathe out normally, and wrap the tape round your belly at the level of your navel. Snug, not pressing in. Don't hold your tummy in.
- Neck: just below the Adam's apple, with the tape sloping slightly down at the front.
- Hips (women): around the widest part of the bottom.
- Measure in the morning before eating, the same way each time, so check-ups compare fairly.
What your results mean
My check-ups
Each saved check-up is a snapshot of your body. Compare two to see what improved and what got worse.

Where our numbers
come from.
Every number in Eatomy comes from food databases, official health guidelines or published research. Where we had to simplify, we use our own model and label it clearly as an Eatomy model. The small labels next to numbers in the app link to this page.
Privacy
Your health data
stays with you.
Eatomy does not collect, store or share your personal or health information. There are no accounts, no tracking, no advertising and no cookies. Everything you enter is worked out inside your own browser. We only count anonymous totals, like "12 visits today", to know whether people find Eatomy useful.
Your data on this device
Off: nothing is saved. Eatomy still works, but everything is forgotten when you close the tab. Turning it off also erases what this device had saved.
Only totals like "12 visits today" or "Cola viewed 5 times". Never who you are or any health value. Switched off automatically if your browser asks sites not to track.
In short
- We collect nothing about you. Eatomy has no user accounts, and its only database holds anonymous daily totals (below). We can't see what you type, upload or save.
- Reports never leave your device. PDFs and photos are read by your own browser. The file is not uploaded and is not kept after reading.
- Saving is on your device only, and only so you can compare check-ups later. You can switch it off or delete it at any time.
- No tracking. No cookies, ads, profiling or selling of data. No outside company is contacted when you use Eatomy.
- Anonymous totals only. We count things like visits and which foods are viewed, as daily totals with nothing that identifies you. You can switch this off.
The details
1. What you enter
Your profile (age, sex, height, weight, location, activity, goal and health conditions), the foods you look up, your InBody and blood-test numbers, and your tape measurements are all calculated inside your browser. None of it is sent to Eatomy or anyone else.
2. What your browser keeps on this device
If saving is on (the switch above), your browser keeps your profile and the check-ups you choose to save in its local storage on this device. This lets you come back later and compare. Eatomy can't read it from anywhere else. Anyone who uses this same browser on this device could see it, so switch saving off or delete your data on a shared computer. Clearing your browser's site data also deletes it.
3. Health reports you upload
When you add a PDF or photo, your browser reads its text on your device (with the PDF.js and Tesseract.js libraries). The report file is never uploaded and is gone once read. Only the numbers you choose to save are kept, on your device, as described above.
4. Anonymous usage totals
To learn whether Eatomy is useful, the app tells Eatomy's server when certain things happen, and the server only adds 1 to that day's total. What is counted: a visit (and whether this device has opened Eatomy before, as a yes or no), a food journey and which food from Eatomy's own list was viewed (typed searches count as "other"), finishing all the steps, choosing a 1-month to 10-year view, opening the health, Sources or Privacy pages, reading a report, doing a tape check, saving or comparing check-ups, and your answer to "Was this useful?".
Choosing a different body shape is also counted. Never counted or sent: your name, age, sex, height, weight, location, health conditions, any report or measurement value, the text you type, your IP address, or any ID or cookie. Totals can't be linked to you or to each other. Counting is off if you switch it off above, or if your browser sends a "do not track" or Global Privacy Control signal.
5. What else goes over the internet (no personal data)
- Food search. If a food is not in Eatomy's own list, the food name you typed is looked up in the Open Food Facts database through Eatomy's server. Open Food Facts sees only the food name and Eatomy's server, not you, and Eatomy keeps no record of it. Please don't type personal details into the food box.
- App code and fonts. Everything Eatomy needs to run (the 3D body, the PDF and photo readers, the fonts) is served by Eatomy itself. No outside company sees that you use Eatomy.
- Hosting. Eatomy's pages and server run on Vercel, and the anonymous daily totals are stored in a Supabase database. Like every web host, Vercel may briefly keep standard technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, which for a food search includes the food name). Eatomy does not keep request logs, and Supabase receives only the totals, never anything about you.
6. Backup files
"Download backup" saves a file of your check-ups to your device. It contains your health numbers, so keep it somewhere safe. Eatomy never receives it.
7. Not medical advice
Eatomy is for education. Its numbers are typical values and simplified models, explained on the Sources & methods page. Talk to a doctor about your own results.
8. Changes and contact
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date below. Questions: info@eatomy.in.
